ANNE MCSORLEY
Anne is an accomplished business consultant and executive coach who has been based in Atlanta for nearly 25 years. Her work largely centers on organizational health and workplace consultation, both for the executive and the team. Her executive coaching practice includes C-level executives and middle managers throughout the United States and internationally. Her expertise is in emerging leaders and how they perform in the workplace, and she attracts clients who change the world and themselves in the process. Anne has been a frequent speaker, trainer, and consultant for a variety of corporate and public sector clients across the country. Her consulting work is based in critical issues that inform today’s workplace. Anne holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a graduate degree in Counseling and Psychological Services. She is a certified executive coach and a licensed psychotherapist.
ROSALIND MITCHELL
Rosalind has a 16-year background in corporate sales, entrepreneurial startups, and motivational training. She has expertise in invigorating the sales force, particularly when the going gets tough. Her favorite organizational health topics are life developments and the workplace, stress management, health promotion, and the psychosocial work environment. Her clients have included: Ortho-McNeil, Abbott Laboratories, Novartis, and Questcor Pharmaceuticals. Rosalind combines her wise business sense with her compassionate spirit. In her private counseling and coaching practice she specializes in grief and loss support while offering treatment in a variety of areas, including anxiety, depression, adults with aging parents, and women's issues. Rosalind has a BA in English and an MS in Community Counseling. She is a licensed professional counselor.
ERICA JAMES-STRAYHORN
Erica James-Strayhorn specializes in assisting clients with developing an empowered sense of self through cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and solution focused therapy. Erica also focuses on functional self-care as the most important relationship is the one you have with yourself. Erica has been in private practice for three years and works with individuals and couples. Prior to private practice, Erica worked with families at numerous agencies in Atlanta including the Marcus Autism Center and CHRIS 180. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, Erica has the experience and training to work with individuals and couples using a systemic perspective. Using her behavioral health experience, Erica is available for consultation in the workplace on mental health issues, wellness and self-care techniques.
MARGO RICE
Margo provides behavioral health services as an employee assistance program clinician and as a consultant to management teams of Fortune 100 healthcare corporations and state university systems. She specializes in adult psychotherapy and organizational health. Margo is skilled in providing counseling and assessment services, crisis interventions, critical incident stress debriefings, and workplace mental health trainings. Margo combines her love of psychotherapy with a laser-like problem solving model to identify cause and effect and implement interventions that address workplace problems and promote business productivity. Margo holds a BA in Psychology, an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and a Ph.D. in Counseling. She is a licensed professional counselor.
SHELLEY SENTERFITT
Shelley brings 20 years of practice as a family lawyer and lobbyist to her work as a psychotherapist and coach. Her family law background positions her well to support individuals and couples struggling with relationship challenges. She also enjoys working with clients to manage anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and stress. Shelley draws on her years at the State Capitol to see the big picture when consulting with management teams of Fortune 500 companies. As a trained mediator and employee assistance program consultant, Shelley facilitates resolution of employee conflict. She is a frequent presenter for legal, community, and civic organizations. Shelley holds a BA, a JD, and an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a licensed associate professional counselor.
PATRICIA A. DALY
Pat Daly has worked for more than two decades training and advising lawyers, managers, directors and leaders. She understands protocol and hierarchy in corporations, law firms, academia and non-profit organizations. Pat's clients are focused on improving their professional performance and navigating interpersonal issues in the workplace, as well as career development, promotions and other transitions. Pat develops dynamic coaching sessions and directs training workshops on essential skills, including communication, supervision and change management. A former two-term member of the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board and a lecturer in Professional Responsibility, Pat’s fluency in ethics informs all of her work. It also sets her apart from her coaching peers. Her focus on meeting ethical obligations in all circumstances drives her clients to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity. Pat is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and a Board Certified Coach.
STACEY DOUGAN
Stacey entered the coaching and counseling field after nearly 20 years in the legal profession, most recently as the Chief Professional Development Officer at Powell Goldstein, LLP, where she oversaw all aspects of attorney recruitment and retention. As the Assistant General Counsel for Greenberg Traurig, LLP, she counseled senior management on risk management and employment issues. The years spent counseling clients and consulting with employers convinced Stacey how critical it is to take a proactive approach focused on prevention. As a therapist and coach, she brings this focus to her work with busy professionals who are juggling many demands while striving to achieve work/life balance. Stacey holds a BA, a JD, an LLM, and an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, a subject matter expert on domestic violence n the workplace, and a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor.
JAMIE JOHNSON
Jamie Johnson specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and mind-body stress management techniques. Jamie works extensively with clients with anxiety, depression and relationship issues. As a behavioral consultant, trainer and executive coach, she specializes in career transitions. As a experienced trainer to Fortune 500 companies, she combines her skills of consulting, training and coaching to provide well-balanced, fast paced and informative sessions to senior management and their staff.
KATE BOTHWELL-WENDEL
Kate has provided organizational and individual behavioral risk consultations with multinational and regional corporations since 1997. She is widely recognized as an industry leader in workplace conflict, safety, individual and team behavior, and critical incident response. Kate has held leadership positions in both internal and external employee assistance programs and as an independent workplace behavioral consultant. As an engaging and innovative speaker, she has developed and conducted seminars in workplace change and conflict, leadership and management skills, generational strengths and stressors, the aging workforce, and drug free workplaces. Her clients include many Fortune 100 and 500 companies. Kate holds a BA in Sociology and an MS in Counseling and Psychological Services, is a registered neutral in the State of Georgia, and facilitates alternative dispute resolution for organizations. She is a licensed psychotherapist and a Certified Employee Assistance Professional.
